Orders and Delivery

1. Register on the portal and receive your personal number.

2. Look through the catalogue and select the products. The catalogue and files are in one file. Find the price of your product.

3. Click on “Place order” and fill in the form.

4. If you don’t have time or you are having trouble completing the form, save the product information or take a screenshot and click “Send”. Our managers will provide with all the relevant information about the products and prices, available sizes etc.

5. After completing the form, click “Send” and wait for the order confirmation. This can take anywhere from 2 up to 24 hours.

6. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your order, with order number and details and status “Awaiting confirmation”.

7. Check the order is correct, then confirm the order by clicking “Pay”.

8. Choose the preferred method of payment and pay 50% of the bill.

10. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the status “Awaiting payment”, pay the remaining 50% by clicking “Pay”.

11. Keep checking on the status of your order. We will arrange to deliver your order at a specified time to the address given in your order.
