Return of goods

In accordance with our return policy, products can be returned if they are in an acceptable condition. The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery. On returning the order the seller must refund the payment to the customer in accordance with the policy, except for the cost of delivery. All products must be returned in the original protective packaging and in excellent condition, otherwise the seller retains the right to refuse aa refund.

As a rule, the money will be returned to the card within 10 working days. In some circumstances this deadline may be extended, depending on the bank. The maximum time to return the money is 30 working days. DesirFurn will make the payment within 24-72 hours of receiving the product and confirming it to be in an acceptable condition. In the case of using a different payment method, payment will be made to the same account that paid the order.

Considering the specific product ordered, DesirFurn does not accept returns of products made especially to individual sizes or sketches of the customer. In the case of a product being delivered with damage, please contact your manager, and your order will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please note that the manufacture and delivery of goods according to individual sizes and customer sketches takes some time. Payment is made at the time of purchase.

If there are complaints about the goods ordered on DesirFurn.com, contact your manager in any convenient way. The warranty does not cover defects and wear caused by external events, accidents or improper and careless handling. This also applies to goods changed or repaired by the customer.
